Tender are invited for Country: SAINT LUCIA Name of Project: OECS Data for Decision-Making Project Contract Title: Supply of Household Incentives & Branded Material (SLCHBS) Loan No./Credit No./ Grant No.: IDA - 71120 RFQ Reference No.: SLU-DDM-RFQ-SLCHBS-INCEN-25 The Department of Economic Development has received financing from the World Bank (Bank) toward the cost of the OECS Data for Decision Making Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the purchasing of Household Incentives & Branded Material (SLCHBS) to support the execution of the Survey of Living Conditions/Household Budget Survey. The Department of Economic Development now invites quotations from suppliers for the Goods described above. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Quotations (RFQ) as specified in the World Bank-s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, dated July 2016 and lastly revised in September 2023 (Fifth Edition), and is open to all eligible firms as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
