Tender are invited for Employer: Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Transport (DIPT) Project: Renewable Energy Sector Development Project (RESDP) Contract title: Civil Works Including Construction of Drill Pads for Exploration Drilling Program Country: Saint Lucia Loan No.: IDA -69710 RFB No: LC-MIPPDUR-426960-CW-RFB Issued on: May 6, 2025 Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Renewable Energy Sector Development Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Civil Works Including Construction of Drill Pads for Exploration Drilling Program. For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank-s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing,The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Transport now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Civil Works, including construction of access roads to Project sites, well pads, storage area and water supply for drilling activities.
