- Expression of Interest for consulting services (“the Services”) entail overall responsibility for all procurement activities under the Project, and include inter alia preparation and/or updating of the Project Procurement Strategy for Development; preparing, revising and updating the Procurement Plan; preparation and/or review of relevant documents; seeking the necessary approvals; and monitoring and reporting on the status of procurement activities. The Consultant will be required on a full-time basis, on site at the Project Implementation Unit in St. Lucia for period of eighteen (18) months, inclusive of a six-month probationary period. The expected start date of the contract is September 1, 2025
